"Eric Clapton. This is one of the first shots that I did when I first started in the music industry, photographing the artists. This was shot in New York and I was shooting at the time I guess, the first couple of months I was shooting with a flash on camera, and this is one of the shots that I did and I thought it was pretty funny him playing the acoustic guitar with a cigarette just stuck in his mouth, and his scraggily beard and the glasses. Then of course he changed his image, got more in to the up to date modern lifestyle, but this shot is from the old days."
